Scope of Services
HCPS is looking to align with a benefits administrator that delivers exceptional service with a dedicated, robust team of seasoned individuals to support their employee and employer service needs. Beyond the day-to-day delivery, the future expectations below address the critical needs and expectations HCPS will have of their vendor partner.

HCPS currently seeks a proposal for a U.S. benefit administration outsourcing partner with a July 1st, 2026 go-live date.

This RFP is designed to evaluate vendor partners through a holistic lens to ensure the selected partner is aligned with HCPS`s strategic vision and key objectives moving forward.
