SAE International Subscription Journal Renewal

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to issue an award to SAE International, 400 Commonwealth Dr, Warrendale, PA 15086-7511, on a sole source basis. This procurement is being conducted using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 supplemented as needed with FAR Part 13 for Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) procedures.

The requirement is for one physical site licenses for the following journals: SAE Journals. SAE International is the sole publisher and licensor of these titles.

Edge Reports full collection

Complete set of Journals

The NAICS code for this requirement is 513120 with a size standard of 1000 employees.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. A solicitation will not be issued. However, interested vendors or contractors may submit their capabilities and qualifications in writing to Christy Love by email address Christy.J.Love@usace.army.mil no later than 4:00 PM EST on December 15, 2024. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The determination whether or not to compete this procurement is at the discretion of the Government. All communications in response to this notice must be in writing.
