5,000 Gallons AVGAS for Langley AFB Air Show

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY.

This sources sought is to survey the marketplace for vendor capability and interest in helping Langley AFB’s 1st Fighter Wing procure approximately 5,000 gallons of AVGAS (100LL) for the 2025 Air Power over Hampton Roads Air Show, 25-27 April 2025. This requirement includes the delivery of said AVGAS by way of a refuel truck and transport no later than 24 April 2024 and the return of unused AVGAS, refuel truck and transport truck after the conclusion of refuel operations on 27 April 2025. The contractor is to provide these services in a manner that will ensure the safety and general wellbeing of Air Show attendees. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, licenses, quality control, and other items and services necessary to complete this requirement. Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

This is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services. All interested parties shall submit a capabilities package (no more than 10 pages total) outlining your company’s key business abilities relevant to the performance of this requirement.
