The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids to furnish materials, supervision, technical personnel, labor, machinery, and services to complete demolition services at 902 Oak Ave, Warner Robins, Georgia. The Contractor must clear, remove and haul any and all debris to an approved EPD landfill or location. Lot must be restored to natural grade and conditions including fill dirt, seeding etc. Removal of all utility structures must be included in bid price.
It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and purchase order has been issued.
All questions must be submitted through IonWave by the designated date and time of Monday, November 3, 2025 at 2:00 PM (ET).
Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 2:00 PM (ET).
The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker’s Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable:
Worker's Compensation: Statutory, required with 3 or more employees

Comprehensive General Liability: 1 Million per Occurrence/2 Million General Aggregate

Comprehensive Vehicle Liability: 1 Million Combined Single Limit

Umbrella Liability: 2 Million


The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
