Tomahawk Block V All-Up-Round (AUR) Delta Electromagnetic Vulnerability (D-EMV) Qualification Period of Performance (PoP) Extension Modification

The Naval Air Systems Command, PMA-280 has awarded a modification to Raytheon,1151 East Hermans Road, Tucson, Arizona on a sole-source basis to extend the Period of Performance (PoP) to provide engineering and test support services necessary to complete the Tomahawk All-Up-Round (AUR) Delta Electromagnetic Vulnerability (D-EMV) Qualification on the Cost Plus Fixed Delivery Order N00019-24-F-2585. This contract modification was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. Raytheon is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the Tomahawk Cruise Missile and is the only known source that possesses the requisite knowledge and expertise required to perform this effort within the required schedule. In addition, Raytheon is the only source that possesses the totality of engineering and technical data required to perform these efforts.
