General Scop of Work: the purpose of this project is to replace ceiling kitchen area in Building 1, Basement in the VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS). The contractor should replace approximately 4,000 sq. ft of Patient Kitchen space. The work shall include demolition of existing ceiling grid and tiles, installing and testing all components.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials needed to perform all demolition, replacement, and installation required by this scope and specifications. There will be one pre-solicitation site visit scheduled, please reference the solicitation for date, time, and meet-up location for the site visit. Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-solicitation site visit.
