INL Section has a requirement for surveys of public opinion:
- Survey on corruption awareness - to determine the level of awareness among the public as well as the level of understanding among the public about the problem of corruption.
- Survey on perception of quality of work of target institutions - to determine the perception of quality of work of Target institutions.
- Survey on security awareness - to determine the level of security awareness/perception among target institutions personnel.
All offerors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to
submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal
submission may deem the offeror's proposal to be considered non-responsive and no further consideration will be
