Overview
The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking a contractor to conduct one (1) ultrasonic rail inspection per year on all mainline revenue tracks for both Commuter Rail (CR) and Light Rail (LR). CR consist of approximately 19 miles of 115# rail with 2 Crossovers, 10 Turnouts and 14 switches. LR provides passenger service on approximately 60 miles of double track with testing/inspection requirements on approximately 110 miles of track.
