Project Description: The work consists of the installation of two rows of vertically-aligned steel pipe dowels socketed into bedrock with a reinforced concrete wall cast around the upper portion of the outside row of dowels, topped by a reinforced concrete cap cast atop both rows of dowels, to stabilize and support a 360-foot length of Mount Troy Road Extension in Ross Township, Allegheny County, PA.
