Sources Sought: Modular Roof Repair - Peterson SFB

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The 21st Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

Peterson SFB, Colorado is searching for potential sources that can fulfill a requirement for Modular Building Roof Repair as outlined in Attachment 1 - DRAFT PWS Modular Roof Repair DRAFT 6 May 2025, and Attachment 2 – Modular Roof Repair Diagrams 6 May 2025.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is anticipated to be 236220- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and a contract may or may not result. The size standard is $45 million dollars. Interested parties are requested to address the questions listed below:

• Is your business categorized as a small business under the anticipated NAICS code of 236220- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (size standard of $45M)? Identify issues, if any, with this NAICS code selection.

• Are you capable of providing the service listed in Attachments 1 and 2? Identify barriers, if any.

• How many days will you require to prepare a quote? How many days after award will you require prior to commencing services?

• Do you have any additional questions/concerns regarding this requirement?
