Construction Monitoring: Marshall Reconstruct
Brief Description: MnDOT requests responses for construction oversight monitoring of contaminated materials during project excavation, removal and replacement of all pavements, curb and gutter and sidewalk work, new storm sewer installation along Trunk Highway (TH) 19, along with improvements to the city water and sanitary sewer work. Contaminated material handling will include soil handling and disposal, groundwater dewatering, treatment and discharge, and possible regulated waste handling (debris) during construction of the MnDOT Project 4204-40 Hwy 19, Marshall, Minnesota Reconstruction Project. The goal for this project is to hire a consultant to assist MnDOT in properly managing contaminated soil, groundwater, vapor, and waste materials (debris) encountered during the construction project and to provide documentation of the work completed.
