This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) which will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), hardware, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quanitity (IDIQ) contract with 5 base years and no option year period for the following part:

NSN 5855 01-699-1065: White Phosphorous (WP) Image Intensifier Tube (I2 Tube) P/N: A3297310-1
The Government possess the drawing and a performance specification for the MX-11679 Image Intensifier.
The White Phosphorous (WP) Image Intensifier Tube (I2 Tube) is a critical component for operation of the AN/PVS-14, Monocular Night Vision Device (MNVD). The White Phosphorous I2 Tube is responsible for taking the ambient light that is collected by the device and intensifying it to create a visible image; the white phosphorous creates a white image.
