If you are interested in providing road grading service in Northern Minnesota, please let us know.

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, therefore no quotes are being requested at this time. As part of our market research, we are looking for companies interested in roadway grading for crushed aggregate roadways on the Superior National Forest. On the East Zone of the forest, this includes approximately 388 miles of single-lane, 489 miles of double-lane, and 9 miles of recreation roadways for an approximate total of 886 miles. On the West Zone, this includes approximately 295 miles of single-lane, and 398 miles of double lane for an approximate total of 693 miles. Grading mileage on each zone may vary annually based on operational needs or funding.

The intended overall length of service will be up to five years.

Please provide your business name, SAM UEI, point of contact with phone number and email, and if you are a small business or not under NAICS 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction to Scott Beeman at scott.beeman@usda.gov

We intend on posting a solicitation here on SAM, around early March. The intent is to start service in June 2025.
