REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH DEFLECTION PROGRAM

Deschutes County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, is releasing this competitive solicitation to secure one (1) or more contractors to provide collaboration between the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office and contractor(s) to implement a Deflection Program aimed at engaging individuals with substance use disorder into treatment and peer support services.

RFP packets are available on the Deschutes County website at: https://www.deschutes.org/rfps . Proposers intending to submit proposals must register online when retrieving the RFP packet.

Submittals are due by 5:00 PM PST on June 3, 2025.
