Colleton County School District is soliciting request for proposals from qualified and licensed contractors for waste removal and disposal of residual sludge from Water Treatment Plant and then close the system appropriately through a combination of demolition of aboveground portions of the system and filling the in-ground portions of the system generated at the Colleton County School District’s former Ruffin Middle School located at 155 Patriot Lane, Ruffin, SC 29475.
