Subject: Sources Sought Notice (SSN)
Reference: Supply and Delivery of Wastewater Pumps, Mount Rainier National Park
** This is an SSN for the purpose of conducting Market Research. Quotes are NOT being requested, nor accepted at this time. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTIFICATION**
1.        Purpose: To gain knowledge regarding the types of interested businesses and their qualifications. Information obtained through this SSN will be utilized to develop the acquisition strategy. The amount of interest, or lack thereof, will determine the possibility of a Small Business or other Socio-Economic Set-Aside for solicitation and award purposes. Analysis of the quality of responses to this SSN will be considered in the Market Research being conducted and in the making of any set-aside determination for this requirement.
2.        Cost Reimbursement: Response to this announcement is strictly voluntary. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this SSN, nor any follow-up information requests.
3.        North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 333914 Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing, Size Standard 750 employees.
4.        Project Description: Mount Rainier National Park intends to procure two Volgelsang rotary lobe pumps, with associated installation kits and accessories (including motors) for sludge/sewage handling at the Paradise Wastewater Treatment Plant. These pumps must integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and meet operational requirements for high solids content and abrasive media. See attached specifications and drawings.
Vendor must be able to deliver pumps within 70-80 days post award.

6.        Requested Response: Respondents must provide the following information:
A. Company name, address, UEI number, point of contact, telephone number, and email address.
B. Delivery schedule.
C. Examples of relevant experience providing similar equipment to demonstrate capability (at a minimum, include a brief description of project, project dates, and customer name/agency)
D. Company's business size (small or other than small) and all applicable socio-economic category information (Small, 8(a), HubZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EWOSB, ISBEE).
