The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District is seeking Bids for Carbon Replacement at the Tapia Water Reclamation Facility and Lift Stations . The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District-Triunfo Sanitation District Joint Power Authority (JPA) owns and operates the Tapia Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) and Sewer Lift Stations 1 & 2. These facilities operate carbon towers for odor control. The activated carbon must be replaced annually for efficient and consistent odor control.
