.1 The scope of this RFQ includes the supply, delivery, and warranty of all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required for provision of various door hardware, access control and locksmith related products and services to Homes.
.2 Required products include, but are not limited to the following: • Door closers • Cabinet locks • Panic bars • Keypad locks • Barrier-free operators • Automatic sliding doors • Various door and lock hardware such as locks, levers, locksets, cylinders, key blanks, hinges, closers, electric strikes, door openers, etc. • Locksmith access controls • Medeco products .3 Required services include, but are not limited to the following: • Re-keying of locks • Master keying • Repair of doors • Replacement of hardware on doors • Installation and servicing of barrier-free operators and automatic sliding doors • Quarterly preventative maintenance of various door operators • Repairs / replacement of defective parts and equipment • Locksmith access controls • Installation of various door hardware such as locks, levers, locksets, cylinders, key blanks, panic bars, hinges, closers, electric strikes, door openers, etc. • Installation of hollow metal door frames and doors • Key cutting • Re-pinning cylinders • Electronic access control support • 24-hour emergency support • Installation / service of Medeco products |
