The Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. A solicitation is not currently available. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 2), is conducting market research for qualified firms, SDVOSB, VOSB or small, that are capable of providing Harper TV40 RE Engine Driven Vacuum w/ Harper TV40 Finger Rotor and Harper TV40 8 Hose Option (Lawn Sweeper), brand name or equal, to the Canandaigua VA Medical Center. Any vendor interested needs to be an authorized reseller, authorized installers and/or manufacturer.

Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.1201(a) Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at the System for Award Management (SAM) as a part of required registration in conjunction with FAR 4.1102(a) that states, Prospective contractors shall be registered in the (SAM) database prior to award of a contract or agreement. Therefore, due to time constraints, vendors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award.
