LEGAL NOTICE OF SOLICITATION
The Ashtabula County Job and Family Services (ACJFS) and the Ashtabula County Board of County Commissioners, or its governing body, is accepting proposals for the following Transportation Services:
Transportation services for within and outside of Ashtabula County. Programs serve Ashtabula County residents determined eligible for
Prevention, Retention and Contingency
(PRC),
Ohio Works First (
OWF),
Food Assistance Employment and Training (
FAET),
Title XX Social Services Block Grant
(Title XX), Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) and/or Pregnancy Related Services (PRS). Transportation options are needed for transport to health care appointments, employment, school, daycare facilities, or other locations deemed necessary under supportive services for FAET.
Proposal packets are available June 12, 2026, and may be obtained by calling Renee Dragon at 440-994-1266.

A pre-proposal conference will be held June 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at ACJFS: 2924 Donahoe Drive, Ashtabula, Ohio 44004.
Proposals are to be submitted in the required format to the Ashtabula County Board of Commissioners, 25 West Jefferson Street, Jefferson, Ohio 44047-1092, attention: Lisa Hawkins. The deadline for submitting proposals is July 10, 2026, at 2:30 p.m.
The Ashtabula County Board of Commissioners (the “Board”) reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and the right to reject any and all proposals. The Board has the sole discretion to determine the proposal (s) that is most advantageous to the County.
