Representatives from EMS ISD and VLK will be available for a site visit on February 18, 2026, at 4:00 pm at Watson High School. The address for the site visit is 5900 Hereford Dr. Fort Worth, TX 76179.

Pre-Submittal Conference

A pre-submittal conference is scheduled for 2:00 pm CST, Tuesday January 27, 2026, at the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD Central Administration Building, 1600 Mustang Rock Road, Fort Worth, TX 76179, with representatives of the Owner and Engineer available to address solicitation document issues with potential proposers.

Due to the winter weather, Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD will be closed through Tuesday, January 27, 2026. The pre-submittal conference has been moved to Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 2:00 pm. The pre-submittal conference will still be held at the Central Administration Building located at 1600 Mustang Rock Road Fort Worth, TX 76179.

Due to the recent winter weather closures, Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD will be moving the pre-submittal conference that was previously scheduled for Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 2:00 pm to Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 2:00 pm. The location of the meeting will remain the same: 1600 Mustang Rock Road Fort Worth, TX 76179.
