Project Description: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It is the intent of these specifications to provide the minimum acceptable criteria for the purchase and delivery of approximately 3,120 tons of bulk sand to the Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BNIA) and Niagara Falls International Airport (NFIA) for the winter season annually. This specification will serve to establish pricing for a three-year period, with two (2) additional one (1) year terms renewable annually at the sole discretion of the NFTA.
