Conducting Procurement Unit: Cultural and Community Engagement - State Library
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Upfit a Ford 350 Van to operate as a mini bookmobile shuttle.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code .
Length of Contract: 6 months, the van needs to be finished by November 2025.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the length of the project.
