26-13 Innovative Waste Reduction, Recycling, or Composting Pilot Project

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at their office in the Administrative Services Department on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Ave Suite 503, Bellingham, WA 98225 for purchase of the following:

Innovative Waste Reduction, Recycling, or Composting Pilot Project

UNTIL: 2:30 PM, March 3, 2026

At which time and place proposals will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters read aloud. All interested people are invited to be attend the virtual proposal opening via Zoom. Late proposals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Health and Community Services is seeking proposals from qualified firms to deliver innovative projects, programs, and services that meet the Whatcom County Comprehensive Solid and Hazardous Waste Management Plan goals related to waste reduction, recycling, and composting.
