Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for cellphone services. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two (2) 12-month and six (6)-month option periods, if exercised by the Government. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in the solicitation. Please submit your quotation in a sealed envelope to the GSO Procurement Office in Bangkok. The deadline for receipt of quotations is 16:00 hrs. Bangkok local time, on July 31, 2024. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
No electronic quotation submissions shall be accepted.
A virtual pre-quotation conference has been scheduled on June 13, 2024, at 09:00 hrs. (Bangkok local time). If you are interested in joining the conference via Microsoft Team, participant names, company's name, email address and mobile phone numbers shall be provided to email: BangkokGSOProcurement@state.gov by June 7, 2024 at 16:00 hrs. (Bangkok local time). Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to Traci L. Goins, Contracting Officer, email: BangkokGSOProcurement@state.gov. Questions must be written in English. Closing date for question submission will be on June 21, 2024 at 16:00 hrs. (Bangkok local time).
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
