ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST, ON-CALL BRIDGE INSPECTION SERVICES (2026-2028)
Notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Transportation (Department) is seeking letters of interest from qualified consulting firms to perform on-call bridge inspection services of various structures around the state and to provide quality control and quality assurance (QC/QA) of the Department’s Bridge Inspection Program.
A copy of the full Request for Letters of Interest can be obtained by visiting ARDOT’s website at https://ardot.gov/divisions/consultant-contracts/advertisements/ .
In order to receive consideration, interested firms shall provide completed qualifications in PDF format to ConsultantContracts@ardot.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. CST on Monday, January 5, 2026.
The Department complies with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, FHWA Guidance and any other Federal, State, and/or local laws, rules and/or regulations.
