NORTH LITTLE ROCK SCHOOL DISTRICT, REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
NLRSD RFP 2627 Category 2
North Little Rock School District (NLRSD) is seeking pricing for switches, installation, and related components/services as well as basic maintenance where applicable as required and as specified on the attached bid. All bidders must submit pricing/product details on Attachment A.
It is the intent of the North Little Rock School District to enter into a contractual agreement with one vendor for a turnkey solution for all services, products, and installation. This project is funded by the Federal Communications Commission E-Rate program and successful vendor must abide by its rules/regulations.
Vendor must describe proposed solution in detail.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all responses and waive any irregularities or formalities in proposals received. The District reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent acceptable company. Awards will be based on those considerations that are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements stated in the Request for Proposal.
