INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that the Springdale Water and Sewer Commission of the City of Springdale, Arkansas will accept sealed bids for the purchase of 48” DIP Zinc Coated, 48” DI Zinc Coated Fittings, 16” Butterfly Valve, 12” Butterfly Valve, and 2” Air/Vacuum Valve. Bids will be received at the Springdale Water Utilities office until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
Copies of the Specifications and related documents are on file in the office of Hawkins-Weir Engineers, 516 East Millsap Road, Suite 103, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72703. Contact Oren Noble, P.E. 479.455.2206 for more information.
All bids shall be sealed, and the envelopes addressed to the Springdale Water and Sewer Commission, 526 Oak Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas 72765. All bids shall be clearly marked on the outside indicating that it is a “BID FOR 48” DIP ZINC COATED, 48” DI ZINC COATED FITTINGS, 16” BUTTERFLY VALVE, 12” BUTTERFLY VALVE, and 2”AIR/VACUUM VALVE, the date for opening of the bids, and the name and address of the bidder”.
The Springdale Water and Sewer Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals and to waive any informalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Commission.
