Sealed bids from licensed General Contractors for renovations to the W Side Exterior Steps at the Logan County Courthouse located in Paris, Arkansas will be received by Judge, Ray Gack.
Bids will be received until 2:00 pm, Thursday, December 18, 2025, at the Paris Courthouse, 25 W Walnut St, Paris, AR 72855, and read aloud.
There will be a mandatory, onsite project walk-through Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 2:00 pm.
The scope of work consists of furnishing materials, labor, equipment, tools, accessories, and supervision necessary for renovations to exterior steps in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by HTW Architects, Engineers, and Planners.
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of the In2.Market, Reprographics Plan Room, 113 S Arkansas Ave, Russellville, AR 72801, (479) 968-4888, repro@in2.market, by cash, in the amount of $(actual cost) for one set.

In accordance with Act 1310 of 1999, Logan County, Arkansas encourages participation of small, minority and women business enterprises.
Each contractor’s bid must be accompanied by a bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Arkansas in the sum of not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid. The bid bond will be returned to the unsuccessful bidder upon request when the award is made to the successful bidder and the contract has been signed, and the performance and labor and material payment bonds have been executed.
A Performance and Payment bond in the amount equal to 100% of the contract amount shall be required from the successful bidder.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with Arkansas State Law.
