This contract provides for new construction and repair and renovation of airfield paving and heavy-duty paving construction projects, but are not limited to: runway, taxiway, apron, and support areas for use by aircraft. Work will be performed at various military installations in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) area of responsibility including, but not limited to, California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico and is expected to be completed by April 23, 2030. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and 3 option years, is $495,000,000. Fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance (Navy) funding in the amount of $40,000 will be obligated at time of award, and funds and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
