SUNY Potsdam intends to make an award for SUNY Potsdam Camera Initiative. Any contractor who believes they can provide these services is invited to download the IFB and associated contract documents to this advertisement. A sealed bid will be held.

Date of Optional Walk Through will be Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

Questions will be accepted from interested bidders through Friday, June 6, 2025, via email to cobbsm@potsdam.edu . Questions received after that time will not be answered.

Answers to those questions will be provided and uploaded to this advertisement by Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

Bid Opening is on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 3:00 PM SUNY Potsdam, Procurement Office, 5th Floor Raymond Hall, 44 Pierrepont Avenue, Potsdam, NY 13676. Bids are to be submitted sealed, clearly identifying this procurement on the outside of the package as follows: SUNY Potsdam Camera Initiative, 052225-D000882, Due Date, June 18, 2025 at 3:00 PM. Envelopes should be addressed to SUNY Potsdam, Procurement Services, 44 Pierrepont Avenue, Attn: Susie Cobb, Potsdam, NY 13676. Bids are due in duplicate, original signatures, with all required documentation per the IFB.

This is a Prevailing Wage Project - Schedule PRC# 2025006022

Project Estimated Value is between $200 and $275,000.00

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k. ADK the Lobbying Law and its requirements. Effective immediately this procurement is in a "Restricted Period". The restricted period will be in effect until an award for this procurement has been fully executed. There will be no contact regarding this procurement with anyone other than Susie Cobb at cobbsm@potsdam.edu . Therefore vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed above and below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency.

Successful contractor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability forms. In addition, the contractor will be required to complete and submit documents related to NYS Finance Law j&k and Public Officers Law.
