Project Management Services (Owner’s Representation) for the new Dallas Police Department Law Enforcement Training Center at University of North Texas at Dallas and Proposed Public Safety Campus

Project Description: The City of Dallas, through its Office of Bond and Construction Management ("BCM" or "Department"), is issuing this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") to solicit Submittals from highly qualified firms to act as the City of Dallas’ (“City”) Owner’s Representative and/or Project Management Team. The selected firm(s) will be expected to work in partnership with City leadership, BCM staff, Architect of Record (AOR), Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and the Dallas Police Department (DPD), in the planning, design, and construction of the Dallas Police Department Law Enforcement Training Center (LETC) at the University of North Texas at (UNTD) and, potentially, the Proposed Public Safety Campus (PSC). The established not-to-exceed contract amount for Pre-Construction Services (Phase I) and Construction Services (Phase II), including CMAR fee for this Project, is approximately $150,000,000.00.
