Participation is limited to NO MORE THAN 2 representatives from a company. An email containing the full name (as it appears on their identification card) of each site visit attendee must be sent to kristopher.kostenko@us.af.mil by 0900 am EST on Friday, 3 January 2025. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid drivers license, and if driving, a vehicle registration and vehicle insurance document.

Participants will meet in the parking lot of the Visitors Center located at 902 Reece Rd, Fort Meade, MD 20755 on Wednesday, 8 January 2025 at 1:00 pm EST. A shuttle will transport all participants onto the base to the site location. Please plan to arrive NLT 12:45 pm to avoid any delays as we will need all participants present prior to shuttling everyone on base. If you have reserved a spot prior to the deadline but will be unable to attend or are running late, please coordinate with SrA Kostenko by calling 228-377-8596 ASAP so we can account for any absences or delays.
