Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase additional Dell Memory for District’s servers, through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) now known as OMNIA Partners. The District is a member of NCPA’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.
NCPA issued Request for Proposal Solicitation No. 12-22 requesting competitive responses for Systems and Information Management Software and awarded a contract to EC America. District will purchase additional Dell Memory (RAM) for District’s servers from Trace3 LLC, a local authorized dealer for EC America, for the sum of $6,694.56.
Prospective vendors can comment on District's intent to purchase from EC America through this Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist at DuffeK@cleanwaterservices.org no later than July 26, 2025.
