Viewpoint Annual Software Maintenance Agreement

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – East (MRCO-E), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Liberty, NC 28310 has a requirement to continue the use of GE Precision HealthCare software through the purchase of GE Viewpoint Annual Software Maintenance Agreement. GE Precision Healthcare will support as required to maintain functionality of the system. The maintenance agreement will authorize WAMC staff (clinical or IT) to contact the Viewpoint help desk for resolution with software issues, errors and/or help that involves the Viewpoint software.

If your company has been authorized by GE Precision Healthcare, LLC. To provide maintenance on the GE Viewpoint System please provide a copy of that authorization letter.

Anticipated Period of Performance is 1 December 2024 through 30 November 2029.

The solicitation number will be W91YTZ25QA001, the resulting award will be made as a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The contract will consist of 1 Base Year (1 December 2024 -30 November 2025) and 4,12-month option years (1 December 2025 -30 November 2029)
