The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (the "Authority") will receive sealed General bids for the THOMAS MICHAEL MENINO CONVENTION & EXHIBITION CENTER South End Doors (T07a) at the administrative Offices of the Authority at 415 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02210, until 12:00 p.m. local time on July 22, 2026 immediately after which, in a designated room, the general bids will be opened and read publicly. Work to replace doors will be performed at the southeast and southwest corners of Level 0, adjacent to Loading Docks K055 and M005, the east entrance doors to the Registration Hall on Level 0 (J011, J012, F011, F012), and at Service Corridor A115 on Level 1 as shown on the Drawings. Remove and legally dispose of doors, offsite as shown on the Drawings. Provide new sets of exterior doors where shown in the Drawings to match existing exterior door systems. Provide new interior double doors where shown in the Drawings. Provide steel reinforcing as shown on the Drawings above the southeast doors in Loading Dock M005 on Level 0.
