- Summary:Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, transportation, and incidentals necessary to resume construction of the ballfield by a qualified site work contractor for completed project. Work to include, but not limited to grading, drainage installation, soil preparation, and site restoration. Upon project completion, the site work contractor is expected to deliver a fully graded and prepared ballfield, including seed in preparation for the spring growing season. All work shall be as described in the Project Manual and shown on the Contract Drawings.
