Varonis SaaS Data Security Platform Implementation and Support Services
Addendum BID 25-11-3922SB
INTRODUCTION
The Navajo Nation Department of Information Technology (NNDIT) is issuing this
Addendum to the Varonis SaaS – Data Security Platform RFP to revise the procurement
timeline. This Addendum shall be incorporated into the Bid Documents. All vendors who
have received the RFP are hereby notified of the following changes.
REVISION OF PROCUREMENT SCHEDULE
1. RFP Posting Date
The official posting date is: Friday, November 22, 2025
2. Last Day for Inquiries (Revised)
Vendor inquiries will remain open until: Tuesday, December 2, 2025 @ 3:00 PM MST.
All inquiries must follow the submission process outlined in the original RFP, and no late
inquiries will be accepted.
3. Deadline for Submission of Proposals (Revised)
The submission deadline is hereby extended to: Monday, December 8, 2025 @ 3:00 PM
MST.
All proposals must be physically stamped in at the NNDIT Office, following the same
procedures identified in the original RFP.
4. Bid Evaluation Period (Revised)
Bid evaluation will take place during the week of December 15, 2025.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
All RFP conditions, requirements, and submission instructions outlined in the original Bid
Documents remain unchanged, except for the revised dates listed in this Addendum. Each
proposer shall ensure they have received and acknowledged this Addendum prior to
submitting their proposal.
