Invitation for Bids (IFB)
for
Delivery of Bulk Fuels, Lubricants, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid
Notice is hereby given that the Merced County Regional Waste Management Authority (MCRWMA) has
released project number RFP20260611MCRWMA – Delivery of Bulk Fuels, Lubricants, and Diesel Exhaust
Fluid. MCRWMA invites the submission of Bids from qualified contractors to deliver regular unleaded
gasoline, R99 or R100 renewable diesel, lubricants, and diesel exhaust fluid to the Highway 59 Landfill
(7040 N. Highway 59, Merced, CA 95348) and Billy Wright Landfill (17173 S. Billy Wright Rd., Los Banos,
CA 93635), for the operation of MCRWMA’s fleet vehicles and equipment.

For prospective bidders, there will be a pre-bid meeting and project sites visit on July 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
The pre-bid meeting and project site visits will begin at 7040 N. Highway 59, Merced, CA 95348 and will
conclude at 17173 S. Billy Wright Rd., Los Banos, CA 93635. Bidders interested in attending must RSVP via
email to procurements@mcagov.org by 12:00 p.m., July 1, 2026.
The deadline to ask questions is 12:00 p.m., PDT, July 6, 2026, via email to Magdalena Gartonzavesky, HR
and Procurement Specialist, at procurements@mcagov.org. Bids are due electronically by 10:30 a.m. PDT,
on July 20, 2026, and shall also be emailed to Magdalena Gartonzavesky, HR and Procurement Specialist,
at procurements@mcagov.org. Bids will be publicly opened and read via conference call on July 20, 2026,
at 11:00 a.m. Anyone interested in joining the bid opening may do so by dialing the following number and
entering the meeting ID: 1 (669) 444-9171, meeting ID: 867 4323 6211. Bids must remain effective for 90
days from Bid opening.
Bidders are responsible for making certain their bid documentation is complete and is received by
MCRWMA on or before the closing deadline. MCRWMA is not liable for any costs incurred by bidders in
responding to the IFB. MCRWMA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids or to cancel this
solicitation at its discretion. Requests for changes or clarifications must be submitted in writing by the
deadline indicated in the IFB. Any alterations to the IFB will be made by written addenda only.
Communications from bidders shall be submitted in writing (email) to Magdalena Gartonzavesky, HR and
Procurement Specialist, for this procurement. Except as set forth herein, there shall be no other
communication with any other MCRWMA employees or consultants with respect to the bid documents
or project.
