The Purchasing Department is issuing an addenda to the bid specifications for the above

project.

QUESTESTIONS THAT WERE ASKED AT THE PRE-BID

1. Will there be a need for asbestos report:

ANSWER:

Per the construction office,

We will need a lead and asbestos report for the demo of the “dance hall” as identified on Figure

3 “Site Plan with areas of Concern” map, report is required to identify the presence or absence

of these items.

We do not need these reports for any garage/shed or bathroom.

CHANGE OF BID DUE DATE

There is a change in the bid due date from June 17, 2026 to JUNE 24, 2026 at 10:00 am
