Project Description: Springville Power, on behalf of Springville City, is soliciting proposals for the repair of the Hobble Creek Hydro building brick and mortar. The Hobble Creek Hydro building is located 1.3 miles up Hobble Creek Canyon in Springville, Utah. The building was originally constructed in 1946 and has been upgraded over time, as necessary.
The project scope shall include permitting (as necessary), repair supplies, labor, and equipment to repair the building brick and mortar according to current construction standards.
The project will consist of a building review to assess necessary repairs, customer communications to discuss said repairs, completion of repairs in their entirety, and timely invoicing for payment. The work shall be completed to the highest current brick masonry standards.
A mandatory preconstruction meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Whitehead Power Plant (600 N. 450 W.)
