PRESOLICITATION NOTICE (SYNOPSIS)
The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center, located at 516 E Nizhoni Blvd Gallup NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for Non-Personal Healthcare Services for a Pediatric Physician Services - Inpatient. The projected period of performance will be as follows:
Base Period: 06/01/2025 – 11/30/2025
Option Period One: 12/01/2025 – 05/31/2026
Option Period Two: 06/01/2026 – 11/30/2026
Option Period Three: 12/1/2026 – 05/31/2027
Period of Performance dates may be subject to change.
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621111 with a small business size standard of $16.0 million.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00139 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be issued on or by May 9, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability and approach in order to meet the government’s requirement as defined in Attachment A – Performance Work Statement, key personnel shall meet the requirements listed in section 9.0 of the Performance Work Statement, capability to meet the Period of Performance Schedule, past performance on three (3) projects providing non-personal service contract for Pediatric Physician Services-Inpatient within the past five (5) years, and price. Quotes will be due on or by May 23, 2025. The acquisition is a 100% ISBEE Set Aside.
