Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: The Department of Health and Human Services
The purpose of this RFP the Contractor shall develop and produce a multimedia marketing campaign for the Utah Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Public Affairs and Education (“DHHS”). The Youth Marijuana Prevention campaign shall include a branding strategy to increase public awareness of (i) The benefits of strong communication skills about substance use—specifically marijuana—between youth aged 12-17 years and the youth’s parent or guardian; (ii) The harms and risks of youth marijuana use; and (iii) How marijuana use affects developing brains. The campaign shall also promote: (i) Resources to support effective communication about youth marijuana use; (ii) The personal and community benefits of effective communication about youth marijuana use.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
The vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
