Description
Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with GE HEALTHCARE to provide all necessary services to implement software upgrades and integration services for the GE Hemodynamic Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS) solution, Centricity Cardio Workflow (CCW) systems; located at the following VA facilities:
Zablocki VA Medical Center- 5000 w National Ave Milwaukee WI 53295.
William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans' Hospital- 2500 Overlook Terrace
Madison, WI 53705-2254
Edward Hines VAMC- 5000 South 5th Avenue Hines, IL 60141-3030
GE Healthcare is the only authorized provider as they are the OEM.
This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified acquisition procedures as implemented in FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The NAICS Code is 541512.
This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service to the Contracting Officer by 2:00PM LOCAL ON MARCH 11TH 2026. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Contracting Officer will proceed with the sole source negotiation with the GE HEALTHCARE.
