PUBLIC NOTIFICATION FOR WRITTEN QUOTES
The Haverhill Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from contractors for the Fire Alarm Testing, Maintenance and Repairs Service Contract for the Haverhill Housing Authority in Haverhill, MA, in accordance with the documents herein.
The estimated one (1) year value of this contract is $49,000
All quotes are subject to the applicable bidding laws including, but not limited to M.G.L. c.149 sub-section 44A-H, M.G.L. c.30 and applicable federal procurement laws. To the extent there are inconsistencies between state and federal procurement laws, the more stringent standard will be followed for purposes of this Request for Quotes.
Written Quotes will be received until 2:00 PM, Thursday, February 13, 2025
All quotes should be submitted via email to dan@haverhillhousing.com, mailed to Haverhill Housing Authority, P.O. Box 751, Haverhill, MA 01831 or using office drop box at 25-C Washington Square and received no later than the date & time specified above.
All questions and requests for interpretation must be submitted in writing to Dan Dellea at dan@haverhillhousing.com no later than Thursday February 6, 2025 at 1:00 PM. Questions and requests for interpretations may be responded to via addendum, as determined by the owner.
Contract documents will be available for pick-up at: 25-C Washington Square, Haverhill, MA after Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 9:00 AM.
