Description: |
The Small Business Enterprise Supportive Services Center assists in maximizing the
participation of Small Businesses (SBs) in transportation related procurements. This will be accomplished by conducting the necessary and appropriate outreach for purposes of identifying and assisting Small Businesses to achieve certification/verification and to execute the requisite documents to serve as a Small Business on subject projects. Project includes development and management of an online platform. This procurement is set aside for award to small businesses only. PennDOT’s Diverse Business (DB) program applies to this procurement. THIS SOLICITATION MUST BE VIEWED ON JAGGAER. PROPOSAL SUBMITTALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH JAGGAER.
