Project Description: The work per the contract documents, dated May 8, 2025, and any addenda thereto, includes EPDM roof removal and replacement, walk pad installation, sheet metal removal and replacement, drain modification, overflow drain installation, roof hatch replacement, ladder-up installation, guard railing, hatch guard rail installation, ladder removal and stair installation, and accessory work.
The Engineer's Estimate for the Project is $278,250.
The Project Completion Date is November 28, 2025.
