and endorsed "Proposal" for the re-roof project at the existing CCWWC water treatment facility will be received by CCWWC until July 23, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. local time and then publicly opened and read aloud at the CCWWC facility.

The proposed work includes re-roof of a portion of the existing water treatment facility as identified in the attached Bid Package Construction Documents and Project Manual. Roofing contractors/installers shall provide qualification documentation with their bid that verifies a minimum of seven years documented successful in-service performance on commercial/industrial roofing projects of similar complexity and scope.

Special Needs: If you have special needs addressed by the Americans with Disabilities Act, please notify Heath Hall at least five (5) working days prior to the bid opening you plan to attend.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting shall be held at CCWWC in Stoutsville, MO at 10 a.m. local time, July 9, 2026.

The wage rates applicable to this project have been predetermined as required by law and are set forth in the bid proposal.

CCWWC hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry or national origin in consideration for an award. Federal Land and Water Conservation Funds are being used in this project, and all relevant federal, state, and local requirements apply.
