The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from Proponents to complete preliminary engineering and design and environmental review under the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) resulting in the required documentation and approvals to support final design and roadway construction for centering-running bus rapid transit and complete streets enhancements in the northern half of the Boulder Highway corridor. Additionally, identifying the optimal funding and/or financing option(s) for the Construction Project is also an objective of this project.
