Description

This sources sought notification seeks to identify possible contractors to provide one-time medical support services for an event in January 2025 in Washinton DC.



This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Advanced Life Support Service (ALS) Response Teams under which the personnel rendering the service(s) are not subject, either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government in accordance with all terms and conditions in the contract. The contract shall provide for EMS and ALS Services in designated medical aid stations and on response teams along the 2025 Presidential Inaugural Parade Route and Assembly Areas in Washington, DC. The requirements for healthcare provider support are for o/a 12 January 2025 for the DoD Inauguration Rehearsal and on 20 January 2025 for the 60th Presidential Inauguration. The Contractor shall provide all medical supplies, medications, medical equipment, cots, IT equipment, to include communications system and patient tracking capability and medical liability insurance and incidentals, and all other items necessary to perform EMS and ALS services at the 2025 Inauguration and the Inaugural rehearsal. Services end on 20 January 2025.



Interested vendors should include relevant information about past support for large events with enhaced security and enhanced background clearance for contracors with a particular focus on events in Washington DC.
